# Panel board access (project: yan)

This project has a card column on the panel: https://panel.developunions.site
You (the Claude agent working here) can read and update THIS project's cards
with the `panel` CLI. The scoped token lives in `.panel/token` (git-ignored)
and only grants access to this project's column.

## Commands
```bash
panel card list                       # list this project's cards
panel card add "Title" [--status todo --priority high --body "notes" --tag ai]
panel card move <id> doing            # change status (idea|todo|doing|blocked|done)
panel card set  <id> --progress 80    # update fields
panel attach <id> screenshot.png      # attach files (screenshots, logs, build artifacts)
panel note <id> "progress update"     # add a comment/note to a card
```
Statuses: idea · todo · doing · blocked · done.  Use `--ext <key>` on `add`
to make it idempotent (re-running won't create a duplicate card).
