## Dev server rule (IMPORTANT)
This project is served through Caddy. ALWAYS run the dev server on:
- **Port:** 3013   (also stored in .dev-port)
- **Bind host:** 127.0.0.1

Framework examples:
- Vite:  npm run dev -- --port 3013 --host 127.0.0.1
         and in vite.config: server: { allowedHosts: ['.developunions.site'], hmr: { clientPort: 443 } }
- Next:  npx next dev -p 3013 -H 127.0.0.1
- CRA / PORT-env:  PORT=3013 HOST=127.0.0.1 npm start

When the server is stopped, the preview URL returns a "not running" message.
Start the server on port 3013 to make the preview live.
